As a freshman at Loyola University Maryland, I served as an opinions writer for the university's student-run newspaper, The Greyhound. The following semester I was promoted to Opinions Section Editor. My sophomore and junior years, I was the News Section Editor, and in my senior year, I served as the Editor in Chief of The Greyhound. Below are a few of my articles, and others can be found here. 

During the spring semester of my junior year, I spent four months living and studying in Rome, Italy at John Cabot University. I documented some of my experiences through a personal blog called Romeing with April. Below are just a few of my posts, and others can be found here.
